Ramble Co. Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us here at Ramble Co. We want you to be completely satisfied by your purchase, so if you are not or there are any issues with your package, we are here to help.

You may return new, unopened, unused or unworn items within 30 days of receiving it for full refund. Contact us using the contact form with your order number, and we can advise of how and where to return your item.

You should expect to receive your refund or exchanged item within 14 days of the item being returned to us. Shipping costs cannot be refunded unless the return is due to an issue with the product at the fault of Ramble Co.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund may be granted

• Books with obvious signs of use

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

If an item arrives damaged or broken, please send an image of the item to hello@ramble-guides.com and a refund or replacement will be sent over.
